Just a random thought, our health is the most important thing in life. Apart from other things we should keep it on top. But sadly 97 % of people neglect it and suffer. As you start suffering from health, your performance in other areas of your life also starts deteriorating.
My mentor Robin Sharma says on our journey to success we have to maintain a balance amongst the 4 interior empires of the history-makers:
Mindset is the 1st interior empire. A lot of people says mindset is everything. Surely it's important and there are other 3 core areas too to focus.
Heart-set is the 2nd interior empire. Working on your heart set thorough meditation, motivation. Forgive the people who hurt you. I have worked a lot on my heart set to release the anger inside and let go of my past. In this world, we want more cars, more food, more about everything to feed the hollow space inside. Working on this 2nd interior empire you feel more secure.
Health-set it's the 3rd interior empire. It's 25 % of the 4 interior empires of spectacular life. He motivates to live like a Titan and to focus on longevity. Imagine that you are on top in the profession in old age and your competitors are gone away. We have a great example here Senior Advocate Ram Jethmalani. He was 94 before he passed away and he was a topmost criminal lawyer in India. He had perfect health and used to playing tennis at that age.
Soul-set 4th interior empire is another 25 % that completes 100%. Robin has been teaching it since the past couple of years. He tries to be a phenomenal family man. He visits some astonishing places. Biking in the mountains, meeting awesome people. So you can't neglect this 4th interior of mastery.
I have learned a lot from Robin. Robin Sharma is a Canadian writer, best known for his The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari book series. Sharma worked as a litigation lawyer until age 25, when he self-published MegaLiving, a book on stress management and spirituality. You can buy his book from here MegaLiving
