Psychologists say, what is your last thought before sleeping, will be your first thought in the morning. So be careful about what you read, watch or listen right before you sleep. Today it's Windy and in my observation, your emotions get attached to the surrounding. When I was in Brazil for a couple of months, mornings were cold generally and days hot. So now when in Delhi it's a little windy and cold my feeling takes my directly to 7000 miles away. And when it's extremely cold weather wind then it takes me to Washington. Even though several years passed but that feeling still fresh.
You must master self-communication.
Jerry was in Vietnam in a prison for 7 years not wider than his body.
When he came out he said it was the most powerful experience.
He had 2 options.
Option 1: My life is finished.
Option 2: Why you did this with me, God?
He gets a different answer from the brain.
He grew up spiritually, physically and mentally during the prison time.
Tony says to ask quality questions to yourself. For example:
Q. How can I not lose weight?
A. Because you are big.
Q. How do I lose weight?
A. Go for a diet.
How do I lose weight and feel better?
New question, new answer.
Ask better questions.
Develop positive incantations to empower your life.
Don't develop negative incantations.
Better communication better life.
Words are only 7 percent to influence any person.
Businesspersons calculate what to say and how to say to get positive results.
38 percent your voice, timber, volume, speech etc..
55 percent physiology that affects and influence any person. How you use your physical body. For example: Face expression, smile, body language, muscular tension. It does more than your words.
