Master Communication with Yourself by Tony Robbins

Psychologists say, what is your last thought before sleeping, will be your first thought in the morning. So be careful about what you read, watch or listen right before you sleep. Today it's Windy and in my observation, your emotions get attached to the surrounding. When I was in Brazil for a couple of months, mornings were cold generally and days hot. So now when in Delhi it's a little windy and cold my feeling takes my directly to 7000 miles away. And when it's extremely cold weather wind then it takes me to Washington. Even though several years passed but that feeling still fresh.

Today we are going to learn Master communication with yourself by Tony Robbins
  • You must master self-communication.

  • Jerry was in Vietnam in a prison for 7 years not wider than his body.

  • When he came out he said it was the most powerful experience.

  • He had 2 options.

  •  Option 1: My life is finished.

  • Option 2: Why you did this with me, God?

  • He gets a different answer from the brain.

  • He grew up spiritually, physically and mentally during the prison time.

  • Tony says to ask quality questions to yourself. For example:

  • Q. How can I not lose weight?

  • A. Because you are big.

  • Q. How do I lose weight?

  • A. Go for a diet.

  • How do I lose weight and feel better?

  • New question, new answer.

  • Ask better questions.

  • Develop positive incantations to empower your life.

  • Don't develop negative incantations.

  • Better communication better life.

  • Words are only 7 percent to influence any person.

  • Businesspersons calculate what to say and how to say to get positive results.

  • 38 percent your voice, timber, volume, speech etc..

  • 55 percent physiology that affects and influence any person. How you use your physical body. For example: Face expression, smile, body language, muscular tension. It does more than your words.

Work Hard on Yourself than Your Job

One of the things I learned through my struggling years, work hard on yourself than your job. As soon as I learned it, I started reading and applying the teachings from self-help books of the famous authors and coaches. And I can feel the difference but not much. Some of my good friends have closely observed me while watching me growing. Some of them admire me and most of them turned their back because of jealousy. One thing I always remind myself, be ready to walk alone. I also found there are only 2 options for everything:- You can do it Or you can not. There is nothing in between these 2 options. Today we have an interview with Eric Thomas by Lewis Howes " When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you will be successful". Eric just completed his PhD. How he did it? He says it is the American dream. It's the greatest time and country to be born. Through education he got everything. Not talking about degrees but real education. He dropped out of high s...

For many years in the past, we had cats in-home or you can say I was a cat person, not a dog person. Last kittens we had 4 siblings all boys 3 years back. All of them except 1 left us untimely, the sad part. Then we decided that let cats come and go, we will feed but not pet them. This year is a dog year to me. Since January I have been with 1 dog then 2 more near home and now 1 more. Total we have 4 dogs now. I used to afraid of dogs and now they surrounding me all the time so that feeling fade away. Now I feel more love and connection towards them. Image by  John Hain  from  Pixabay   Often times, being kind is viewed as a  weakness .
