Covid-19 has been good for many who can manage living inside without many hurdles and I'm one of them. People say God plans everything for you and I believe it. I have all the luxuries of life and I am focussing on present and future. My mind is free of worries. Peace of mind is necessary to start anything new. Jesus Christ rested before starting a new project, Nelson Mandela rested for years in a small prison. There is some magic when you rest and think while introspecting your inner strength.
12 Magical Principles by Dr Norman Vincent Peale:
Think health, talk health and act health. You will go a long way by being healthy. Provided common laws of the body.
Be an actor. Acting love rather than hate. What you act tends to become a fact.
Shift your thinking from what you worry. The mind can only occupy itself with one thought at a time. Think positive.
Cultivate opposite. If weak cultivate power. If sad cultivate happiness.
Rationalize your worries, hate, jealousy.
Get a sense of perspective of time and distance. How little our great worries seems after many years. How unimportant they were.
Cultivate optimism. Always look to the bright side.
Don't talk about trouble. Don't practice negatively. Always remember Emerson's warning, our words are alive. What we say and believe becomes reality.
Develop exocentric vs egocentric feeling. When you get off your little constructive self world you grow big in the larger world.
Superimpose the positive on negative. When a negative thought comes practice cancelling it with a positive thought.
Practice great affirmations. Like life is good. I'm loved. I believe people are good. Affirmations will lift you in the area of infinite power.
Assert and dwell on your very being. Appreciate your words and self-esteem. When you deal with more people, you find more value and you will pass it to others in that way you will possess more value.
By practising these 12 principles you will get creative results.
