T Harv Eker: Master the Inner Game of Wealth

This morning is beautiful. I'm feeling refreshed with honey lemon tea. Last night I went to the computer market to buy RAM for a desktop and as I go back in memory now I remember many years ago, I had no money and my desktop computer screen was not working. I received money from somewhere and bought a brand new Philips LED screen. Time changes, now I can buy as many I want.

  • Eker says be the peak potential owner

  • You have to trust in 3 words "This Is It".

  • People think towards the future which is good being visionary but you will not be happy in the present if you keep thinking about the future.

  • You may feel that you can be happy when you reach there in 30 years.

  • His whole life was "The grass is greener". He always believed that one day he will reach would reach that green land where "The grass is greener". It was his biggest mistake.

  • Eker wasn't getting where he wanted to be and he was not happy.

  • People always plan and think the future will be good. Future will be happy. Future will be better.

  • We train our mind that it will be better in future and that in reality that future never comes.

  • You may have a billion dollars and you will not be happy. Always something is missing because you cannot enjoy and see the money. You may always be looking towards the future.

  • Eker left school after one year because it was not working fast.

  • Money meant survival, his parents always taught but he always wanted to be a millionaire.

  • Eker thought to be a lawyer and attended classes but it did not work too.

  • For 12 years he struggled and broke 90 % of the time.

  • Eker covered the mirrors in the apartment because he couldn't face himself.

  • Eker was looking for the right vehicle that could lead him to riches.

  • Eker had no choice but to move back into his parent's basement due to no money.

  • Parents started talking about leaving school and don't listen to anyone.

  • Eker says, If you are not doing what you wanted to do then something is wrong that you don't know.

  • Eker decided, If I'm getting rich then I will figure out the wrong things later.

  • Eker met a rich man and asked him how to be rich. That man said you have to find out. Why don't you do what rich people do, the man said.

  • For 6 months Eker was broke reading rich people, articles, magazines.

  • Eker found out 7 principles about rich people in his research on all the rich people. He wanted to tell those 7 steps to one rich man and he blew him after waiting for 4 hours but he did not stop there.

  • Eker borrowed 2000 dollars from the card and started a new business selling fitness equipment for home.

  • He was using those 7 principles and was able to open 10 stores in 2 and a half years to sell fitness equipment for home.

  • During this time, a lot of things occurred where he learned what not to do before learning what to do.

  • Eker always felt, If I jump on the right horse then l will be rich, it was wrong thinking.

Work Hard on Yourself than Your Job

One of the things I learned through my struggling years, work hard on yourself than your job. As soon as I learned it, I started reading and applying the teachings from self-help books of the famous authors and coaches. And I can feel the difference but not much. Some of my good friends have closely observed me while watching me growing. Some of them admire me and most of them turned their back because of jealousy. One thing I always remind myself, be ready to walk alone. I also found there are only 2 options for everything:- You can do it Or you can not. There is nothing in between these 2 options. Today we have an interview with Eric Thomas by Lewis Howes " When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you will be successful". Eric just completed his PhD. How he did it? He says it is the American dream. It's the greatest time and country to be born. Through education he got everything. Not talking about degrees but real education. He dropped out of high s...

Kindness Mistaken For Weakness: Robin Sharma

For many years in the past, we had cats in-home or you can say I was a cat person, not a dog person. Last kittens we had 4 siblings all boys 3 years back. All of them except 1 left us untimely, the sad part. Then we decided that let cats come and go, we will feed but not pet them. This year is a dog year to me. Since January I have been with 1 dog then 2 more near home and now 1 more. Total we have 4 dogs now. I used to afraid of dogs and now they surrounding me all the time so that feeling fade away. Now I feel more love and connection towards them. Image by  John Hain  from  Pixabay   Often times, being kind is viewed as a  weakness .
