It's another day and yesterday I was following the advice of Lewis Howes. Every hour I set reminders to drink a glass of water and stand from the chair to stretch the body to maintain energy throughout the day. And believe me, it works. I had so much energy that I was in no mood to take an afternoon nap and slept at 10.30 pm.
Wow!
Napoleon Hill: Applied Faith
He is a legend in personal development and a leader in the successful movement in the USA. Think and Grow Rich"
His website link is the following http://personalfinanceliteracy.com
Napoleon Hill was born in 1883 and died in 1970. He was commissioned by Andrew Carnegie to write out a Philosophy For Success, which he did.
Applied Faith may be the most powerful and misunderstood of all the principles of success.
The philosophies of success are noted as the first-ever of their kind, for average people to raise their position in life through the application of sound principles.
Applied faith is a mental attitude we must cultivate and maintain before we take complete possession of our mind.
Take full possession of 6 forms of riches we get in return for taking possession of our mind and using them.
Those 6 forms are:-
Sound health
Peace of mind
A labour of love of your own choice.
Freedom from fear and worry
A positive mental attitude
Material riches of your own choice and quantity.
There are 2 ways
You can put it in reverse gear and use it in a negative way by allowing your mind on the circumstances and things you don't want. Such as Poverty, treasure and defeat, things which most people do and suffer their whole life.
Or you can take possession of mind and direct it to the 6 riches and attract blessings to your life.
Isn't it a great fact that most people focus on negative things?
One difference between a successful person and failure is their capacity for beliefs.
The failure sees the hole in the doughnut but doesn't see the doughnut around the hole and the successful person sees the doughnut.
Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times and had focus on one thing only.
How many times of failure is required for an average person to quit because of a lack of belief and not the capacity?
Henry Ford believed that he could make a propelled vehicle which will take the place of horse and buggy.
And despite the humility of neighbours, relatives and lack of money, he changed his belief into an industrial empire and changed the entire American way of life.
With very little education and no working capital to begin with he achieved what he desired.
Let me ask a question which may change your entire life? Do you have any idea or plan which can help people but you did nothing about that because of a lack of self-confidence?
You are now at the same place where Henry Ford was once and putting his mind and making an alliance with his wife to make history.
Why don't you make an alliance with someone so that your idea works?
