It's about to begin a new month of the year 2020. More than half a year already passed. This year has been a challenging year to all but not for me.
I travelled to America for a month and right before lockdown, I came back after completion of the task at the Indian embassy. I had two choices either wait in America or in India and I chose the second one, luckily. Right after a month of my arrival, the emergency situation arose and the whole world started shutting down their doors.
After waking up at 5 am I turned on pc and did some work. Then I felt to sleep and took a short nap. Now I am back to record my journal followed by exercise and of course the podcast for personal development.
Today we going to learn lessons from Jon Taffer as a larger-than-life television personality who takes a no-holds-barred approach to help hotels, restaurants, bars and businesses reach their full potential. He is also an international celebrity, New York Times best-selling author. He shares the following”-
Don't be without purpose.
You have to find a purpose, It may be a job, family or anything.
Jon Taffer reads a lot of books and never had any mentor.
He never read management books.
He likes to read about humanity not fiction, like me.
Try to make alive 3 or 4 dreams while you are young, he says.
Integrity is the most important. He can call anyone and ask to do something and he will do happily.
Integrity drives success.
Show some good humour.
At the end of the day, you will not remember how much money you have. You will remember the good works and help.
We don't take enough chances.
Greatest lessons we learn from mistakes.
Take risks and keep going.
