I journal in the morning when the mind is free and no disturbing voices around. Listening some English old songs that played automatically on my music app and I wondered it's so sweet. "Jim Reeves" has become my favourite in no time. It's an early morning today. And I got time to study finally. I fixed my computer yesterday. It took a whole day in buying RAM and installing windows.
Today we are going to learn from Inside personal growth: Greg Voisen podcast interviewing Peter Kozodoy an Inc. 5000 serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and business coach who works with organizations and their leaders to help them overcome self-limiting bullsh*t and use brutal honesty to achieve massive success. He is the author of Honest to Greatness and currently serves as CEO of his newest startup, Stradeso.
Honest to Greatness: Peter Kozodoy
Where are the modern leaders, Peter asks?
Why honesty is so important in the business world?
We live in an extremely transparent economy.
Everybody has smartphones and they record all the times. Like Wells Fargo bank fraud accounts is a great example of how someone can catch frauds. Too much information flowing now.
People using honesty made so much profit comparing to others.
How do you define honesty?
We need to understand that honesty is good for Trust.
We need to get honest in terms of community.
Being honest in and people around us. Hire the feeling, what they are thinking.
Getting honest about yourself.
Businesses are not run on revenue records but on ego and bias.
Honesty is the best policy.
Blockbuster failed because they were not honest with themselves and their clients.
Netflix made it outrun business.
A multi-billion dollar company ran out of business.
I hope you liked reading today’s post and please don’t hesitate to share it with your 5 friends at least who love to read about personal development and leadership skills.
Thanks
